A six-week course exploring a mix of traditional Active Hatha Asana & intense Restorative Yin Asana. An enjoyable & deeply grounding practice to help you bring ease to body and mind for the week ahead.
Each class will involve breathwork, a full-body flow & moments of meditative stillness.
This course is designed with a gentle, progressive approach in mind, suitable for all levels.

When? Every Monday 7pm-8pm (excl. Bank Holidays)
Where? Violet Sky Studios, Airside Business Park, Swords, Co. Dublin
Price? €75 for full 6wk course. (possible option for drop-in classes)
