Yoga classes exploring a mix of traditional active Hatha Asana & intense Restorative Yin Asana. An enjoyable & deeply grounding practice to help you bring ease to body and mind for the week ahead.
Each class will involve breathwork, a full-body flow & moments of meditative stillness.
This course is designed with a gentle, progressive approach in mind, suitable for all levels.
